Account registration collects your name, work email, organization, account role and password. Inquiry forms collect your contact details, project requirements and optional information about data coverage and licensing rights. Referral applications collect contact details and agreement acceptance.
Do not submit patient records, identifying health information, confidential documents or other sensitive files through these forms.
How we use it
We use this information to operate accounts, record and review requests, discuss data sourcing or licensing, manage referrals and protect the service from abuse. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically send your details or records to an external buyer.
Hosting, security and analytics
Cloudflare provides hosting, database and security services. Turnstile processes technical signals to protect forms from automated abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics, where enabled, measures website traffic and performance. We do not ask visitors to upload data files through the public inquiry forms.
Cookies and access links
Session cookies keep you signed in. Referral cookies may attribute an introduction when you follow a referral link. Verification and password-reset links support account access. Keep those links and any referral dashboard key private.
Access and retention
Information is used by authorized operators and service providers as needed to run the site, respond to requests, protect accounts and meet applicable obligations. External data publishers apply their own privacy and access terms.

To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you provided to RIDLY, contact us through the inquiry form. Include the request type and relevant reference number, but no confidential records. We may need to confirm your identity.
