What the website provides
RIDLY provides data source descriptions, dataset profiles and a way to submit sourcing and licensing inquiries. Public listings are informational. They do not transfer data, establish a license or guarantee availability, acceptance or a transaction.
Accounts and submissions
Provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and only submit requests you are authorized to make. Do not submit patient records, confidential files or material you lack permission to share. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service.
Dataset profiles and external sources
Health dataset profiles describe scopes that can be assessed. Counts, coverage, quality, permitted use, delivery and pricing must be confirmed. External publishers control their own data, eligibility requirements and terms. A directory listing does not imply a partnership or redistribution right.
Licensing and purchases
Any purchase, access arrangement or data license requires separate written terms with the relevant parties. An inquiry, account or referral link is not an order, payment instruction or permission to use data. Rights for model training, resale or participant recontact are not implied.
Referrals
Referral profiles are subject to review and the referral partner terms. Compensation requires a separate agreement and qualifying transaction. Referral tracking does not automatically create a payment obligation.

Source information can change. Review the original documentation and confirm suitability before relying on a listing. The service may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Report incorrect listings through the inquiry form.
